Announcing Conshohocken.rb

I am pleased to announce the starting of the Conshohocken.rb Ruby User Group in Conshohocken, PA. I will be organizing the group and our first meeting will be on May 5, 2011.

You can join the group by joining the google group at http://groups.google.com/group/conshohockenrb or just keep an eye on what we are doing by following the group on twitter @consohockenrb or jump in the #conshohocken.rb IRC channel on irc.freenode.net.

One of the things I want to focus on is helping new developers get started with Ruby. If you are new to the language, a seasoned vet, or even just curious, all are welcome. Feel free to bring your laptops and we can help get you going.

Keep an eye out for an RSVP for the May 5th meeting and I hope to see and meet many new people in the local Ruby community.
